Refund and Returns Policy

At ID Printex, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the custom nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns only for defective items, wrong items sent, or items damaged in transit. Products must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Non-returnable Items:
    • Customized products that have been made according to customer specifications (e.g., personalized prints) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@idprintex.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.
  4. Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 7 days.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges for Defective Items:
    If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to request an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement items.
  2. Exchanges for Incorrect Items:
    If an incorrect item was sent, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. Please return the incorrect item following the return process, and we will ship the correct item as soon as possible.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong product).
  • Shipping Fees:
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
